Have you ever watched the baking shows on TV and thought I would like to do that one day? Well now's your chance! On June 17th Dessert Without Regrets will be hosting a make icing from scratch class (just like the bakers do on TV). In the class you also get the opportunity to decorate five cookies with proper icing techniques taught by the famous Daria Shulishova. This class is for anyone who has wanted to fulfill this common dream that are ages 6-100+. This 2 hour course is $45 per person, is found at Algonquin Studio (124 S. Main Street, Algonquin, IL 60102), and can be the basis of future baking endeavors.
