I did a Google search and found few ideas to start off with (each prank can be found on multiple sources)
1. The old fashion Whoopi cushion.
2. Making Brussels Spout Pops instead of Cake Pops
3. Replacing deodorant with cream cheese
4. Paint clear nail polish over a bar of soap to stop it from working
5. Cover a sponge with whip cream to make it look like a cake.
